HOW WE WORK
Our Three Step Process
PHASE 1: DESIGN
Our design team will meet with you to discuss your ideas, tastes, budget, schedule, etc. After we have an understanding of what you'd like, we create conceptual drawings and a budget estimate for further discussion. After several iterations, we arrive at a final plan and estimate.
PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION
Construction begins after obtaining necessary approvals. We outline the project schedule and prepare the site. Services, foundation, and framing may take half of the construction time. We'll communicate with you throughout to address concerns and questions. The second half of construction is the fun part! We focus on details like drywalling, finishing, colours, and landscaping. Jaylin Homes projects take six to twelve months to complete, depending on size and complexity.
PHASE 3: MOVE-IN/AFTER-CARE
This is the most exciting part, but we also want to ensure that everything is perfect. Our client services team will make sure any outstanding issues are resolved quickly. Jaylin-built homes are covered by the National Home Warranty Program, giving you additional peace of mind.
